Laura Sorge is a motivated attorney fueled by her entrepreneurial spirit. As a small business owner, she understands first-hand the nuances involved with forming and managing a business, as well as the importance of protecting hard-earned assets. Laura has experience with business formation including entity selection, transactional matters, and contract disputes. In addition, she is experienced with planning and administering estates and real estate and property related matters.
Laura’s legal experience is founded on a solid formal education. She obtained a Bachelor of Art degree from Purdue University and a Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law. While obtaining her degrees, she gained a wide variety of business acumen including client interaction, staff development, policy evaluation, and research skills while studying abroad in Madrid, Spain and as an intern for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida.
In her current role, Laura represents individuals and businesses by handling legal matters in a variety of areas. She enjoys monitoring and analyzing changing laws in order to protect and ensure her client’s growth and success.
